Sirius, XM: FCC Determined to Establish Its Authority [view article]
I think the FCC will impose restrictions that aren't consistent with what Mel had in mind. This in turn will lead to the termination of the deal. XM will go out of business and Sirius will stand alone without the restrictions the FCC has originally imposed. May 15 08:03 AM
