Analysts Weigh in on Sirius Following Earnings [view article]
Someone mentioned the 'firing' of FCC/Martin. I would not be surprised to see it happen as a last-ditch effort to stall the merger. I think there is NO limit to what the opposition will do to stop this merger, and based on what has already happened, the FCC does not care who knows.So, Kevin Martin will be thrown to the dogs, and a press release will be put out stating the merger is delayed until new Chairman is in place.
