      True. Liquidations in ETF are not worth the effort. They trade too close to the NAV and will always fluctuate.

      I've taken a look at a handful and find that APOL has excellent numbers. One of the best in the industry. However, the stock is still not in cheap territory.

      I'm impressed at the research into the company and management of KSWS. You seem to have gone through everything that is available to the public.

      Any thoughts on valuation of KSWS?

      I too am a shareholder and don't intend to sell even in current times because I believe management and its ability to turnaround. The industry is terrible with a heap of competitors but the strong insider ownership and honesty isn't something you come across everyday.

      I would sell most retail companies in a heartbeat, but not KSWS. Not yet. Too much reward with low risk involved.

      I dont know about killing the deal as the Consortium (yes Mac is Australian) still wants to consummate the deal.

      Need to work on the next update that will hopefully answer questions or raise further ones.

      Who knows. The same could be asked about the stock market in general and the answer would be irrationality and fear. The merger was announced 1 year ago, and on Wall Street, 1 year is considered a lifetime.

      I prefer to enter into mergers once all the approvals have been obtained. Mitigate risk by just watching from the sideline until the deal is most probably set to finalise.
