      One more item:"In 2008, Fortune magazine ranked Rackspace Hosting #32 on its 2008 list of “100
      Best Companies to Work For.” Stressing the "happy employee" axiom is important for investors. As a shareholder, and living less than a mile from Rackspace's new facilities, I believe I'll walk over someday soon and ask for a tour. If I am allowed to, I'll get back here and let you know how it was. The NE area of San Antonio loves this company, as RAX's breathing new life into a very depressed area of our city.

      BTW, As we are all aware, "a happy employee is a productive employee." The annual list by Computerworld magazine of the 100 best places to work for IT professionals ranked Rackspace 8th while USAA came in 20th.

      As a resident of the Alamo City and living almost next door to RAX, I can tell you there's an enormous amount of construction going on in support of the company. They just moved into a giant mall. They own the entire thing. Residentials, Condos, Shopping, Business Centers all going up around Rackspace. It will be self contained. Now up 7% from Friday with high volume, I can see RAX doing very well in a couple of years.

      Living in San Antonio and 1 mile from RAX, I can tell you there's an enormous amount of construction planned and already underway in support of RAX. Starbucks in place! Condo's, Shopping, Residential, etc. to make the area self contained.
