      A lot of "Wall Street" faithful "Sell on the News" and move on. After yesterday's pop "Day Traders" take their profit and move on. The stock price is seeking equilibrium on the spread. Hang in there and we should be up by the end of the day. Buy Low / Sell High , might be the last time you get to Buy Low.

      stinkaroo, When Tate votes yes the deal will be consummated without delay by the companies. Short of some sort of injunction, which would not be granted given the DOJ approved the deal after reviewing for 15 months, NAB is wasting its time and money. There isn't any way that a judge will undo these merged companies once the deal is done. Relaxxxxx! We're almost done.

      hair pie, don't let 163888 fool you about his knowledge on these sat rad companies. You will not find a better and more accurate researcher than he. His approach and price targets are reasonable. "With all things being the same", I agree with his numbers and time lines. These companies need to execute, execute, execute. With Mel at the Helm I have no doubt that they will. Watch for innovation announcements after the merge to step the time lines up. I don't want to say to much now until the merger is approved, but making money with the new company will be a fun ride and an exciting time to own this company.

      mudslinger, At this point with Sirius moving up as quickly as it has, XM is presenting a great opportunity if an investor is savvy enough to grab it. Not everyone is in tune with the spread, unless you've been following this deal the way most here have so it just keeps lagging. Run Blue Dog! Run!!!!!!

      163888, Good luck my friend, I couldn't resist and bought 925 shares yesterday at 9.06. Keeping my fingers, toes and legs crossed on Tate. I know "common sense" says Yes but the skeptic in me drives me nuts. I always try to follow my common sense as long as my "gut" and research support it. Screw being a "Skeptic", it rarely makes me any money.

      I set my 2,000 shares of SIRI that I got at 1.87 for a sell at 2.86. Not sure if I'm going to leave it there when it gets close, because I'm greedy too. I'ld be OK with them going at 3.10.

      163888 use it to buy some XM and still get 11-14% depending if you can catch a dip say 9.75 -9.85. You'll get the spread and an announcement pop.

      163888 "We're almost across the Border, mums the word". We'll have plenty of time to discuss the concessions after the deals done. There's news everywhere on all the wires, lots of excitement. Adeldick tried to break in and rob us and Copps just says "No" without any explanation and that took 17 months.

      163888 Where's VicDave when things are looking up? Surprise, Surprise.

      Killerkaul I agree with mudslinger on picking up some XM, spread is down to 11%. As 163888 said it probable will go to around 5 % before the vote is announced and then its gone.

      Here is an interesting view from Brandon Matthews on Sirius Buzz about Tate waiting to cast her formal vote until after the market close on Friday, allowing the deal to be finalized on the weekend and opening on Monday with only Sirius stock available for purchase.
