As each day passes the FCC embarrasses themselves a little bit more. Make a decision already. The FCC is not an independent U.S. government agency as their website states. If they were, they would've made a decision by now.If you are upset about how long this merger has taken do something about it. This is the link to Kevin Martin's email...

It is nice to see Mel and Frear finally take a stand. The MRQ numbers definitely were stronger at Sirius then they were at XM. The government will have to bail out XM in a few quarters anyways.
