As each day passes the FCC embarrasses themselves a little bit more. Make a decision already. The FCC is not an independent U.S. government agency as their website states. If they were, they would've made a decision by now.

It is nice to see Mel and Frear finally take a stand. The MRQ numbers definitely were stronger at Sirius then they were at XM. The government will have to bail out XM in a few quarters anyways. They my as well let Sirius have those subs now. I wonder if XM had a rotten quarter on purpose? May 16 09:55 AM
